OUR SERVICES

Our services encompass personnel training and development, both in terms of professional-technical skills and methodological, social and interpersonal and personality skills. We specialise in tailoring such development measures to the needs of our clients and to the needs of the target audience.  
Our training sessions are objective- and practically oriented. In order to communicate the practical skills and knowledge your staff requires to master their tasks and responsibilities, we apply the following methodology.

First we discuss the status, the needs, the objectives and the context and framework with our client.  
Based on the results of these discussions, we develop a preliminary strategy which contains inter alia an initial content analysis and the definition of required criteria and requirements of the specialists to be involved (professional, social, organisational, personal, didactical and linguistic competencies, sector/ industry expertise and experience).  
Final strategy and the further steps are agreed upon with the client Here, it is critical that the strategy reflects the orientation and objectives as well as the culture of the customer’s company or organisation and of the department(s) involved.
Then we finalise the concrete training and development measures according to the content and didactical criteria. All our seminars and workshops as well as consulting and coaching sessions are strictly participant-oriented with focus on transfer of learning.  
The evaluation of the entire process according to the jointly defined quality and performance criteria completes our quality assurance programme.
