m.e.g.a performance - ABOUT US

m.e.g.a performance is a Luxemburg-based company. Founded in 1994, we specialise in professional training and personnel development in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual and international environment. 

Colleen Feis-Besch and Elmar Follmann manage the company. Most of our long-term clients are companies from the financial and the service sectors, from industry, commerce and craft trades and from the public and the social services sectors.

Colleen Feis-Besch has many years of first-hand experience in the professional training sector, e.g. as head of department for training with a major bank in Luxembourg and as commissioner for training with national and international bodies. Moreover, Ms Besch holds special qualifications in  stress management and  relaxation techniques. At m.e.g.a performance she is responsible for operations, personnel and sales.

Elmar Follman was a senior civil servant before he decided to study business administration. He then joined an international bank as a manager of the investment fund department. Since 1990, Mr. Follmann has been working as a lecturer, trainer and consultant both in the academic and the business sectors. At m.e.g.a performance his primary responsibilities include finance and controlling.
